Do you need to hook up this power supply to a motherboard to get it to run some 140mm fans? The reason i ask if cause I want a quiet pc fans to vent my lizard's aquarium.

28 amps on 12volt rail no where near enough to power the gtx260 core 216 thx for the review i will have to keep looking
