I'd read the comic long before seeing the film and despite loving the former, I really wasn't too put off by the latter. I expected (like any other novel to screen adaptation) to loose a few things and gain a few things. Overall, I think your score is pretty spot-on, though my biggest complaint was the music in the film. Don't get me wrong I'm a fan of all the songs but I didn't feel they were used well and it would have benefitted from a purely orchestrial score. Good film just the same.

nice you did it! :-) Great review sir.I actually just saw the movie for the 1st time on saturday. I really enjoyed it. Don't see why people didn't like it but I guess i enjoyed a little more cause I read the comic. Hopefully you can pick up the comic soon,its a great read...maybe some more dvd reviews from the floor in the future? :-)

Oh, you really need to read the comic book unhindered by whats on the screen Shawn. If you want, I'll try and record a review of the comic and put it up as a response to this once I'm done with the Dragonball stuff. ;)
