Magnetic Dance

Three dimensional pentagons (called pentagonal dipyramid) made from GEOMEGs attempt to find the magnet optimal state. Each shape rotates in response to the magnet fields of the other two pentagonal dipyramids rotation. What's interesting is that all three pentagonal dipyramids return to the same position relative to the other two pentagonal dipyramids once their rotation stops. Also, by adding an outside magnet force the preferred equilibrium of the three pentagonal dipyramids changes but remains constant until the outside magnet is alert or removed.
