Cindy Sheehan: "We Have Had Enough!"

On Saturday, September 15, 2007, the ANSWER Coalition, a progressive antiwar group, sponsored a Mass March and Die-In in Washington, D.C. Its purpose was to raise the consciousness of enough people in this country to stop the illegal and immoral Iraq War and to prevent the Bush-Cheney Gang from launching a war against Iran. The rally took place in Lafayette Park, just north of the White House, where a number of prominent speakers were heard. One of the speakers was Cindy Sheehan, co founder of Gold Star Mothers for Peace. She said: "We have had enough." She added that it is time for Congress to "impeach" George W. Bush and Dick Cheney. It has nothing to do with the there being a draft. It has to do with if I dont go there I'm considered AWOL. I knew what I was getting into when I joined up and I knew what I was getting into when I picked the Infantry for my MOS. I have no regrets.

I've lost friends over there too and I wont let asshole like you piss on them. In your eyes they died for oil but in all honesty they died saving a fellow Marine or a innocent Iraqi. HOW DARE YOU PISS ON THEM.

Sad part about this, is that she will be remembered in the history books and her son will be forgotten. She has simply nullified her son's sacrifice with her disrespecting and dishonoring his name.

So you think freedom is free Cindy?There are our troops over there fighting for our freedom and keeping the terrorists in check, while you spout off that war is wrong. Without war, no freedom, without freedom you could not spout off your mouth and run this country down. Why dont you move to Canada and do all of the patriotic US citizens a big favor?
