  • Currently living in New Hampshire but I grew up about 15 miles from New Orleans.  Plan on moving back down soon and starting that back up with my mom. It's been too long since we've done that.

  • looks yummy. what was in the white pudding mix, i'd like to try making it. do you have a recipe you could share? that lady that was stirring , i'll bet she makes good stuff

  • @miloryancolin It's boiled pig liver, heart, skin, meat, green onions, pepper salt. Put it in a casing and then boil that and you have White Boudin.
