  • awesome job...wherever you are working, Im sure you are underutilized

  • DUDDE thtat was awesome! I love the lip curling thing at the end... beautiful.

  • I'd like to get my "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends" Flash reel posted up sometime. I worked on the 4th season. Right now I'm working for Renegade Animation on another cartoon for Cartoon Network. I wish we had a Cletus & Floyd Show DVD out--but not enough content yet. We'd actually like to get it on the air more than anything.

  • Yeah, I wouldn't do too much to it. I was thinking mostly of when the eyes pop out--to possibly have more of a settle.

  • Also, awesome reel Gene. It'd be cool to see some of your recent Flash stuff too. Is there anyway to buy a DVD of the Cletus and Floyd show? I looks funny as hell!

  • I know what you mean about "making it fuller," but the drawings are so appealing to look at I think the static holds work great. I've found when I try moving a drawing (in flash) the last few frames of an "ease in," it makes it look a little cold and stiff, but then again I can't animate! Usually when I can't even draw a line in between frames I realize I should probably be in a hold anyway.

  • Thanks allot man! I did it when I didn't know anything about Flash. My friend (Frank) had to put it together with me, after we scanned my drawings in. It would be nice to go back and possibly make it fuller, now that I understand Flash. What I mean by "making it fuller" in Flash is that I could move the same drawing for better cushion; during ease-ins/outs.

    Gene

  • Damn!! Those are some stunning drawings and animation!! Perfect man
