ARE YOU KIDDING? Legal provisions he may exercise? How about the legal right to beat the crap out of a disrespectful ass? He got off easy, the guard should have shoved the rifle up the jerko's butt and turn him into a puppet. If people wouldnt act like total idiots, they wouldnt have to worry about being pushed by a guard, so dont write comments like "What right did the guard have...", or any other defending of ass' actions, they all have Forest Gump syndrom, stupid is what stupid does.

@taffyinengland73 You mentioned the Household Division. I used to address it as such until recently it is now a regiment.

The only people who should be allowed to walk like that next to guards are small children who look up to them in a nice way not tourists who do it to take the piss.

but is there any rules on what can a guard do and not? i mean a protocol? its not like they are allowed to do it whenever they want isnt it?or can you sue him if you get really hurt? i really dont know. i mean they must encounter several incidents of this kind,i nver thought one can get easily pissed off with this not that im defending the kid,he is totally jerk!

Having spent 14yrs as a welsh guard i think im pretty much qualified to put so some of you right. There are 5 regiments and 2 mounted regiments in The household division. Not all are on what we call public duties at the same time. Since 1989 I've had 3tours of northern Ireland, Angola , Bosnia, Iraq and my regiment lost 7 during its 1st tour of Afghanistan.
