More than anything in the world

I love you more than anything in the world. I used to say that to Luke all the time. In fact that is one of the last things I ever said to him. I said "Luke, look at me." and he looked me right in the eyes. All I ever said to him was I love you, I love you, I love you and he was looking down as he was about to drive off in the back of the child safety car. When he looked right into my eyes I said to him " Luke, I love you more than anyone will ever love you. I love you more than anything in the world. I love you so much Luke. I am trying to get you back mate, they just wont give you back." I pretended everything was fine and as soon as he drove off I dropped to the ground crying, like I did at the end of every visit we had. I was so upset, and I know it hurt him so much. He couldn't understand why he was put in a foster home where no one cared about him and he couldn't be with his daddy who loved him so much. I will never understand either. I am so sorry Luke. I love you mate. I miss you so much.
