  • Cool training, man. I would only say that it looks like you're flopping down on the box a bit when you squat. Kind of like you're free falling the last few inches. Eccentric speed to the box is okay if the speed is at a constant. It looks to me like you're losing all your tightness when you do what you do.

  • Hey Otto, this video is pretty old and I am aware now. If I don't drop onto the box I find my stretch reflex is a lot greater. I still tend to do it a bit though =/

  • Great Training video! Technique looks really good. Two points. Try to be more explosive during good mornings. Controlled down, explode up. Try doing the kneeling squats on the floor. That was very scary seeing them done on a bench. Yikes! Great work.

  • Thanks for pointing out my slowness on the GMs, I geuss I was just trying to concentrate on my form! No other option to do Kneeling Squats at the moment, the gym I'm training at doesn't have a power rack. It's a pretty stable base though.
