lola's race (continuation), the tenements, rumble, fighting johnny vincent

Mistakes/Improvements:
- had a small screw up during lola's race
- during tenements: i miss a turn and end up getting pinned by some greasers
- greasers steal my bike yet again and have to skateboard it to the rumble area
