Cyclists take to the street for "Coldest Day of the Year Ride" to show biking in winter is safe, efficient method of travel.
Councillor Adrian Heaps, chair of the city's cycling committee, and other cycling enthusiasts will participate in the "Coldest Day of The Year Ride" -- riding their bikes from Toronto City Hall to Metro Hall to show that biking in the winter season is a safe and effective way to get around the city.
Councillor Heaps will speak about the benefits of winter biking prior to the ride.

Bikes are shipped out the city as soon as they are stolen, make sense for the criminal. Maybe we should start thinking like them in order to catch them, somthing the cops cannot do.
