Outer Banks Beach Update - 6/11/10

Today we shot from the beach in Buck Island in Corolla. I was completely jealous of all the folks hanging out and swimming! Another day of clean beaches and clear water!

@TwiddyOuterBanks Cool and thanks! I appreciate the updates but just wondered why you said no Oil here yet when it is not in the stream yet? Just thought why would there be any yet lol. Keep us updated as I am going next month to the beach to visit! I DO NOT want to miss Nags head as I did last year when we did not go. Looking forward to being there, peace and keep us updated.

@onblock7 Just trying to give our guests answers to the questions we are already getting. We know that the oil is still in the Gulf, but wanted to give everyone a first-hand look at our beaches on a day-to-day basis. Thanks for watching!

Good post, but like I said in another video why would it be there yet if it had not hit the gulf stream and winged up there yet? It will eventually but how much will get there? It is too early to tell sir, like another post it would hit later but it is certainly not going to be there YET as it is still in FLA right now so why even worry about it?

I am going to Nags head in a month and I am worried about it, this yet does not make me happy nor secure as it should not be up there yet.
