Uh, I took our my belly piercing 2 days ago because it was pussing and it looked purple, like a bruise, and I got it pierced 6 weeks ago. I'm not too sure if I should put it back in.

I've been cleaning it, and it's looking better but I'm afraid that it could form an abscess :/

@xSakuSasux If the pus is yellow or white then it is normal. The bruising is normal too just from the initial trauma.

Heyy! :) I just took my belly piercing out exactly a week ago after almost 4 monthscuz it migrated and rejected. I grew so attached to it and I have the worst patience ever lmao, I was wondering when's the earliest I can get it re-pierced? I just saw my piercer yesterday 'cause I got my industrial done and he said 2 weeks. It has been healing pretty nicely. The holes are both healed. There's just darkness around each one. When I feel the holes they're mainly soft. So, is 2 weeks really okay?

@brianamaec 2 weeks sounds right, they may heal up just a little bit faster, but wait till the 2 weeks. good luck!

heyyy . omgee i need help pls ! i got my top and button belly button pierced & the button piercing is healing supper good bt the top piercing is going into my skin bt its not infected .. will the skin learn to heal around the ball ? when i push the barbell up . i can see a big hole in my top piercing .

hey so i got my belly perced 15 days ago and a week ago there was more crust than normal but i hadn't been cleaning and i claened it and theres not alot of crust anymore its kinda red(not alot) on the top whole only and when i squeeze it pus comes out in a yellow-ish white-is color but it doesn't hurt at all and theres no blood at all SO ITS NOT INFECTED RIGHT? cause people on yahoo answears says it is and are scarying me by telling me i should go to the doctor do i? PLEASE HELP IM SCARED

Ok so I had my belly button pierced four years ago and it rejected completely, i didnt take it out, i let it fall out. If I get it repierced will it reject again? I remember it being infected for a loooong time, i would play with it sooooo much when I had gotten it done, could that be the reason why? i know everyone is different and every body reacts differently, but now knowing how to better care for it, what are the odds of it rejecting again?and if not what can i do about the nasty scar?

I got my belly done by a proffessional june 2011 i washed wit anti bacteria soap and use the h20 spray . Over the months i have took it out cleand it changed it had problems stop cleainin it and crust came but everything was fine until i stop cleanin it now its jan2012 and i the thing hurrts when i take it out and put it in i sqeezed pust out of it today.showulld i go 2 the doctor or do the saesalt again

So my piercing is only about a week old, maybe 2 and I notice the skin right against the top and bottom holes are right red and sore. Also the top ball is denting the skin a bit. Is swelling normal too if it isn't a huge amount?

Idk If mine is infected or not I did it yesterday did everything right and it hurts a Lil when I touch it and it's red around the piercing and kinda nasty stuff sometimes sticks to the bar.. Don't know if that's enough info but I don't wanna clean it wrong if its not

Hi, i got my belly button pierced 7 weeks ago and i put a cheap piercing in it and it has went infected i have took this out and cleane it and put plaster on it x :D

hello again lol. i tend to ask you all my belly peircing questions XD anywaays! i was wondering if my belly piercing was infected. it have minimal redness except for on one side where it almost looks like it's forming a small bump? it pusses normally but sometimes it will bleed, but that's usually if i accidently hit it or something :S it doesn't hurt to move it up and down but i'm worried about the little red bump!! what can i do? and what is it?
