Two black arms of gravitating father-light pull spirally inward from the heavens toward the poles of the centering giant sun to generate the sun in incandescent oneness of all form. The generating light of gravitation and the degenerative light of radiation are projected through each other from rest to rest in pulsing sequences to manifest idea by borning father-mother forms of idea through their voiding interchange. This principle of rhythmic balanced interchange between father-mother lights of gravitation and radiation is fundamental in all creating things.

Because of the false concept of gravity which assumes it to be force of attraction which pulls inward from within instead of a cyclic force which controls the expansion of cold into heat, and the expansion of heat into cold... This Paradigm is in line with James Clerk Maxwell's concept that the universe is existing in a dynamic medium that has many properties very much like those found in fluids such as water or the Earth's atmosphere, with respect to the energy movements found there.

I think the bars are formed early-on by a mechanism related to the one that creates the circular region of emptiness between the core and the ring of a ring galaxy. Suppose once a bit of core ejecta reaches out to this region it's no longer attracted to the core but repelled by core gravity, and at the same time it stops being repelled by ring gravity and becomes attracted to the ring. Seems like a quantum gravity effect with a quantum wavelength close to the diameter of the galaxy.
