  • @trufiend138 learn you history. Btw it's cannabis in english and marijuana in spanish, just to clear that. anyway's cannabis became legal during WWII to fund the war. just some cannabis fun facts there :)

  • @dlion30 Marijuana because illegal because of big corporations as we were gearing up to go to WW2...DuPont chemical corp most notably...

  • Tie-Vert?? what an illiterate dumass report

  • Denver councilmen Hancock-"I don't believe at all this thing will end up passing in the city of Denver. We have very smart, intelligent, informed citizens in Denver, and they'll do the right thing come November"....They sure did!

  • And it passed..how bout now?? what do u got to say asshole??

  • i love the army veteran pullin on a joint haha

Cannabis does not kill brain cells, that study was done in the 70's where they put gas masks on monkeys and suffocated them with smoke and gave them no oxygen for about 10 minutes every day for a year or so.

Semi-severe brain damage occurs after only 4 minutes without oxygen, and since then cannabis has been proven to not kill brain cells in many studies.

If you want to see the effects of cannabis on the brain look up cannabinoid receptors.

  • The Denver Councilman says it'll be a waste of taxpayers money to pursue this initative and that under the current law, they prosecute those who choose to use marijuana. Those incarcerated because they were caught in possession of pot is more of a waste of taxpayers money. The councilman is so confident that the initiative will not pass, but what if it did? will he lose his elected position or stay and enjoy his salary paid for by the taxes of the very drug that he and his cronies are against.
