I have the soft one..hybrid I think it`s the name. It is very good by it self: quality, space, looks. But on the fit..for me it`s way too strange, the shoulder straps/harnes are too separated from each other and the back pad is too flat..when carrying heavy stuff like notebooks it tends to pull back your shoulders.: (back pain) I`ve used it for motorcycle comuting, on short rides it`s fine but for long rides I always use a camelback which it`s not even made for this purpose.

Notebook pocket is the opposite one on the back, not in the front of pack.
