Vivian as said himself while doing independent small gigs that he wrote this when he was in Clock however it never got made and Def Leppard were good enough to record it and put it on the album

If it was a bonus song like you said it was then it's probably the demo for the def leppard version. I have yet to hear the original version by Clock. They say its a lot different then the Def Leppard version. but Nice find
