Hey! I have a ghd but haven't been thrilled with it!
Can you answer something for me?
When you close y our plates together, do they touch the whole way down?
My plates only contact at the end furthest from the hinge...
I spoke to a ghd rep who said this was normal but i have a hard time believing this as it makes it hard to style my hair and a lot more work than my chi used to be

@lisa198642 yes my plates do touch maybe its just the one you got. you shouldve excahnged it =S i dont know why the lady would tel you that

@LouLovesJLS my hair is pretty naturally straight for the most part but i wud sayy like 7-9 hours before i like to retouch it. Like if ihave it all day at work and i go out at night than its not as straight :p
