This video is a tutorial of how to remove the rear speaker panel out of a Dodge Stealth or Mitsubishi 3000GT automobile. The most common reason for doing this is to access the rear seat speakers, which are typically 6x9, or in my case, 6.5" speakers, and replace them. There are also other electrical parts housed here that might make this process necessary. Enjoy the video, and thanks for watching.
Hey Blaine, can you please do a how to video on removing the stereo receiver?

I just got a dodge stealth as my first car and i love it but a few things do need cleaned and fixed up. that looks like alot of work to get the back speakers out but to me they sound pretty good in mine, the ones in the passager door are the problem in mine (they get crackly sounding when turned up) im hoping replacing both of them will improve the sound without needing the change the back ones or tweeters

Your video was very helpful for me I recently purchased a 1992 3000 gt and the rear speakers were sounding horrible and I needed to install new speakers. Very helpful thanks so much

So I did this to replace my rear speakers. When I released the back seatbelt, it retracted all the way and now it's locked so I can't pull it back to it's spot. How do I get it to release the seatbelt?

Great video. very helpful. Can you tell me what size those speakers are though? I have new speakers already but don't want to take my car apart yet if they are they wrong size..
