so thats in russia? I have a question if a 15 year old in england is having sex with a 19 year old and the girl gets pregnant, because she will still be in education what happens to the boy... because i thought if the girl and boy both wanted it the police can't do nothing?? And what about if the parents agree with them both having sex.. but if she gets pregnant does the guy go to prison even tho they both wanted sex???

According to The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child human rights treaty which is respected and followed in the world wide community as the main guidline for the human rights of children, everyone beneath the age of 18 is a child. In the folks saying however, children which are in the phase of ''teenager'' or ''adolescent'' are also called by the name of that phase, a adolescent or teenager. They are still however a child. Also, sex without love isn't love.
