Forward Pierre-Luc O'Brien announces his retirement from professional hockey as a member of the South Carolina Stingrays. O'Brien is eighth in team history with 219 points (70 goals, 149 assists) in 278 games. During the 2011-12 season, O'Brien led the team with 52 points (24 games, 28 assists) in 71 games.
