The fundamentals of defending, attacking or whatever are the same the world over. Just cos the coach is American, doesnt mean what he's talking about isn't useful. covering and applying pressure to deny a team trying to create and make passing opportunities is useful, no matter who you are or what country your from.

You wouldn't believe how many people on my team don't know stuff like this, including myself. Also, keep in mind that this is targeted at youth players.
