So there are no rape laws?

That's a vulgar way to put it, but essentially correct. It would be impossible to expect an entire population to be voluntarily abstinent, especially men. Many women in third world countries cannot say 'no' to their husbands without fear of punishment, their society looks the other way when men have extramarital affairs, plus, people who can barely afford food can hardly be expected to buy condoms. In Vietnam, abortions are cheaper than condoms, but for many that's simply not an option.

It doesn't follow that all leaders have the best interest of their people at heart. Some are there merely to further their selfish gains. Today Zimbabwe is the only country in teh world with zero growth rate, whats their president doing about it? NOTHING.

these people have to stop fucking. Why kepp bring children into poverty? If the leaders saw the birth rate slowing or to a hault, i am sure it would raise some eyebrows. Everyone do not have kids for one year and see what your government will think?
