This is Way too slow you need to do this really fast to point of failure each time to get this to work you should be completely burned out at the end of 4 minutes to burn any fat !
The Genisis of Tabata training is interval training, you pick 4 excersises, do as many reps as you can in 20 seconds, then repeat all 4 agian for a second set. you should be sweating when your done in 4 minutes at 100% of your max power. Interval training can be more advanced in that you can do several more excersises and go to 10 15 or even 20 minutes, you'll probably burn more calories than running for an hour.
