It really sounds like Faraday. So cool.
I remember when I first saw this, it didn't have that much meaning, now its so different...Myles crying in the background and all.
I know what you mean that Faraday's dead, but it still sounds like him.

The producers cleared this up on the podcast, May 11, 2009 at about 13:05 ... this is no longer canon, they weren't able to do an ARG between Comic Con and the season,  due to the world wide financial crisis. Secondly the only thing that's canon is the show. ... that story branch fell off the tree.

well, i guess time is the essence. It seems most likely there was a time shift in last season. But the way this video looks the purge hasn't happened yet. And maybe someone forewarned him that he hurts his hand. If you read the description it looks like it was a continuity error, so they might have written Miles or another character in, insted of Faraday!!!!.

so the only explanation is he gets off the island and joins up with his family to make the video or his family never leave?
