how do you get that angle it will only let me get one angle??

It depends what angle you mean, in edit mode you have three cameras, game camera, tripod camera, and tracking camera. Tripod camera can be placed but not moved, and will turn as your character goes past it. Follow camera will stay in the same place in regards to your character and move up, down, left or right depending on where you move. Hope this helps!
