Pokemon Battle Revolution: Wi-Fi battle 6

I thought that I would do a Swellow sweep. Unfortunately my opponent knew how to take Swellow down.
At the end i couldn't really do anything to Flygon with Manectric. That burn from Flamethrower helped me survive Earthquake without the use of Focus Sash.

Also I have now changed Swellow's hold item from Flame orb to Toxic Orb. Swellow does a bit less damage when it's burned. The only downside with Toxic Orb is that it does more damage to Swellow.

Most important pokemon: Swellow.

I used: Manectric, Swellow and Dragonite.
My opponent used: Swellow, Flygon and Lapras.

Edit:There might be some small sound lag in this video. Seriously I have no clue from where it comes. Try keeping the sound low if that annoys you.

Nice try. I tend to admire people who use UUs and actual strategy as opposed to ubers and just attacking, or OUs with standard sets they copied from Smogon. If anyone says you suck it's most likely due to their inexperience, or lack of exposure to anyone who can think for themselves. And don't pay attention to the trolls, they just do it to get a reaction from you.

Actually dude, Guts NEGATES the burn's attack-drop effect. Just so you'd know.

Ii does? Im confused cuz some guy told me that it dosen't do so, in my first PBR vid. Well in that case maybe Flame orb would be better for me, since I try to use Substitute as much as possible to get a free substitute after Manectric has paralyzed the opponents Pokemon.

wat exactly does the poison orb do? does it just give damage to ur self?

Yeah It does. But that is just good for Pokemon like Swellow who get a huge attack boost from it.

It just poisons you which is good for Pokemon like Hariyama, Swellow, and Breloom.

Why does Swellow do less damage when it's burned, I know a burn cuts the attack by half, but it has guts, which negates that effect.. and this is why my Manectric has HP Ice, lol. Good battle

from what i've seen, toxic orb and flame orb are both great. this battle, flame orb probably would've been better because you needed him to survive. but in other battles, i'm sure a toxic orb might be better.

you should see if having flame orb really hurts your performance. for instance, you couldn't knock out lapras in 1 hit. if you can still knockout a pokemon in 2 hits with flame orb, then it might be better

i would suggest using flame orb instead of toxic orb caus toxic gets worse turn by turn and guts stops burn from lowering ur attack
