In America, we got this crazy movie called “Blades of Glory” about ice hockey skaters who switch over to figure skating and become bizarrely effeminate. It probably wouldn’t fly in Muslim cinema, but it’s funny—one of the few comedies that made me laugh in the last 6 years. And I’m not saying anyone’s being effeminate here, just odd parts of this vid reminded me of that.
