Rate this video, please. Part I. Academy Award nominee-Candy Clark reminisces about her film role as Debbie Dunham in the 1973 hit American Graffiti. I filmed this at the State Theater in Modesto, CA. Her appearance was part of the first annual Graffiti Tribute to George Lucas. Check out my American Graffiti blog:

  • I just watched Fat City, and I was like, dang, that girl's mouth or something, the way she smiles, that beautiful face . . . I've seen that somewhere before. Sure nuff, it was Deb from Graffiti. I've got a soft spot for Candy Clark circa 1972 or so.

  • I think you phrased it well. Something about those big eyes that look into the speakers'. And that mouth, slightly agape. Very soft and sensual. I love Candy's first screen performance in FAT CITY. She wound up in a relationship with the costar, Bridges.

  • We seen Candy Clark in Frankenmuth MI at a classic car show on Sept. 6th 2008 and she looks so good still. What a very nice gal in person.

  • Candy is still a bitchin' babe!

  • @markybgoode does she still look like connie stevens? you know i met her once, at a dick clark roadshow.

  • @PeterCRissKISSgod: Yes, as a matter of fact. And, her favorite musician is the first drummer for KISS!!!

  • Geesh, you'd think there would have been more people in the audience for something like this.

  • She is so "Debbie" in real life.George Lucas knew what he was doing when he cast her in that role!!She autographed the registration card to my Studebaker and she said, " but this is EXPIRED"! Guess you had to be there.....:>)
