@Sephiirah I can relate to that. I had to the hospital for a scan and the lady asked me to lay down. The pillow was was to low and I had to ease myself down really slowly and even then I kept trying to raise my head a little with my hand.. I think she must have thought I was a bit odd! :s

@Charrister me too, I can't even move let alone lay down! When I go to the dentist Monday, they will have to work on me sitting up position. :(

I have just developed this problem this summer after a car accident. I will try your exercises. Thank you. I have yet to see an ENT doctor. Happy holidays.
