  • I really love how he describes home cooking ... "to hear the noise of your parents and to hear the clink of the kitchen... those things will stay with you the rest of your life." This is something I want to pass on to my son in this technology world! Love you Jacques.

  • He inspiers me to cook and cook well eveytime I see his showa, books or spots on Regis and Kelly. I was his assistant one time when he taught a cooking class. Great guy and very funny behind the cameras..:)
