Thug punches 96 year old pensioner then walks free from court

Another case of the social injustice in Britain today concerning ethnically motivated attacks on white people. A shocking and unprovoked cowardly assault on a defenseless old pensioner aged 96 who as a war hero fought for Britain.

Instead of putting this violent individual in prison where he belongs he was allowed to walk free from prison with a "supervision order". as the best way to "protect the public". So letting violent criminals go free is protecting the public now is it?? Yeah that's gonna work... Look at the video of him leaving court, smug grin on his face.

If this has been a white young thug punching an elderly black man you can guarantee there would be an uproar and a prison sentence.

Just a couple of things: This isn't racially motivated - the attacker is obviously mentally unstable. Who in their right mind punches an obviously frail man because he's in their way?

Also, "Shah Chaudry"...the elderly gent is Asian, not that it has much to do with anything, but in your description you give the impression that things would've been different if it were an old black man...

Like I said, the only people who react this violently to such situations obviously have a few screws loose

@siyoan You're making some assumptions here. If you read the various media coverage it says he hit the man out of anger because his hat fell off while he was trying to get past Mr Chaudry. Clearly some exchange or argument took place as you can see by the mans facial expressions he was full of hate. Obviously because he's black any notion it was a hate crime has to be dismissed like you're trying to do and like the courts tried to. But really this goes off the course..

@siyoan The point is, it's one rule for white people and another for non-whites. Racially aggravated crimes are not exclusive to white people, far from it. As you said, anyone using this level of violence should've been sent to prison no ifs or buts. Emma West was sent to prison for merely speaking her mind on a tram. Whether the victim was Asian or white, or Eastern European muslim with an Asian-sounding name is irrelevant. The man was a veteran and war hero who was obviously loyal to Britain and well integrated here. Yes, I do believe things would've been different had the elderly man been black! As it said it looks to me like a typical hate crime the type we see all over the country frequently.
