  • @totallyrawsometvshow Known side effects of too much Vitamin B-12 include : skin rashes, skin itching, hives, diarrhea, sudden swellings all over the body, swelling lips or mouth; breathing problems because of body swelling; and development of blood clots in the legs. If you have any of these symptoms, it is probably best to back off your supplements & /or any animal products that you are eating which may be driving up your B-12

  • @TheCoolVegetarian thank you so so much :)

I got tested for my b12 and it was high, I take a subligual supplement, does it matter if it is higher than it "should" be? Thanks :)

  • @totallyrawsometvshow yes i think get tested for the same things on my test results so maybe print them out and give to your doctor. hope this helps you out:)

  • @TheCoolVegetarian hi, no I was asking what should one get tested for, thanks :)

  • @totallyrawsometvshow You can see my blood test results printed on my blog site " The Cool Vegetarian . com " and search blood test results... the video is also on youtube... weird but could not post links here... let me know if this helps u :)

  • @TheHelenNo Yes so true. We all look for labels too often. We feel the need to categorize and place each other into boxes to make us feel better.... i say there is no box big enough for me :)
