Krapp's last tape

stop- motion project on a theatrical piece called krapp's last tape by Samuel Beckett
we had to take a 2 minute piece and make it how we want it..
our story:
an old greek drama actor lives his loneliness by hearing old recordings of his youth, with an obsession for bananas.. and with a health problem..cause his old, he tries to be young again and eat as many bananas as he want. the reality though it s that he is not and his having a stoke

Wow, really great! Love the feeling, character design and props!

Only thing is a bit choppy when the camera pans - could be a cool stop motion vintage effect - but here it's too random for me to like. And I miss a even worse quality on the tape and maybe a different way of speaking to differ the tape and youth from the present and old. A simple highpass filter for example would have helped a lot.

But this is just because you asked for critic ;) All in all a very cool little film.

thanks for the comment.. yeah i know what u mean we had lot of difficulties with the technical parts as it was are first time to do a stop-motion... as i said on a previous comment the talk is from old tapes.. so its suppose to be only on his youth.. he doesnt really talk on the present. but anw what u mean by highpass filter..? what does this filter do.?

No it not wrong,, its a part from the script of Samuel Beckett's Krapp's last tape.. the voice is in greek though.. it doesnt make sense cause it not what you see.. its supposed to be tapes playing from his youth

@giorgosbep Ah, I see. A highpass filter is a filter that only let the high frequencies in the audio pass through so that is sounds a bit like a bad quality old mic. Almost every audio- and videoediting app have this functionality, just to try out :)
