My Samoyed wasn't much of a barker. She made squeaking noises, "Aroo"-noises, and she sounded like an Eewok a lot of the time. She was very vocal, but she hardly ever barked. I called her "my little squeaker." She was never loud. She just made the cutest noises. :)

Barking is the onlly bad part of owning this bred, everything else is gold.

Samoyeds are known to be a very vocal breed. He doesn't bark nearly as much as this anymore, he was only a few weeks old here. But yes, he still barks quite a bit as it's one of the breed's characteristics.. but I don't mind :)
