The 5th mission of CR-S01.
This operation is very hard but it's not too long.
If you want to get an XS you must get all the *Cools* and finish it in less than 1:20.
Well, this is a very short amount of time and then you must memorize every phase of the mission and do it as fast as you can.
Maybe someone could say that this mission is insane, but if you try to XS orthopedics, you'll understand what is really hard.
Btw, at the end the patient will go into cardiac arrest. There is a trick that you have to use.
You don't have to revive the patient because if you use the defibrillator once the operation will end.
The cut-off between S and XS is 12,300.

Volevo postare 2 link, ma non me lo permette. Peccato. Cmq ho infilato un 1:17 incredibile e ho realizzato di aver beccato un GOOD. Volevo piangere. Poi due tentativi dopo un 1:19 mi ha dato l'XS. Cmq forse l'operazione più difficile di sempre nella saga.

@Snowballo Se ci sei riuscito dopo cosi' pochi tentativi posso dedurre che minimo sei bravo quanto me. (Comparandolo ai 3 giorni che c'ho impiegato io).

Il problema delle mie registrazioni è che devo spingere ancora più veloce di chiunque altro perchè i miei movimenti vengono molto compromessi.

Solo per gli anni che hai, mi posso solo che togliere il cappello. Detto questo mi piacerebbe sapere quali siano nei 3 Trauma per Wii quali siano state le operazioni più difficili che ti siano capitate.

La 3° più complessa è stata Love in the Ground.

La 2° è stata The Heat of Battle (6-5 New Blood)

La 1° è stata Money Talks (4-1 New Blood)

Agh, I practiced this over and over and over until I managed to XS it in 1:15. This was one of my motivators though! :)

Dude how are you so quick at this! I do this and I take like 2 minutes or like 3 minutes! And If I try to do it quickly I'm afraid I might break the chain you know, like mess up and make a mistake! Any advice I only get S rank not XS!
