  • Vinaigrette is 1 part acid and 1 part oil... add the vinegar and mustard 1st. dont put your oil all at 1 time.. ohh.....and dont start with the oil.. there is no way it will emulsify if you started with oil.. any ways after the acid and mustard now u can slowly whisk in your oil. pour it very gently while mixing it to get your creamy product.. tip: add a tsp of water at the end to prevent it from breaking.. looks easy because what he did is not the correct way

  • Um... where is the balsamic part?

  • instead ofthe vinager i used honey, it was great

  • @gapchef I think you are maybe talking about making mayonaise. This way works i make mine directly in the salad bowl everything goes in and then i whisk. It works perfectly.

  • in his defense he said "lime or lemon" in the beginning :-P

  • lime*

  • this was so good thanks sooo much!!

  • It was a lime he used.I just make mine using a Good Seasons packet and using canaola oil as don't care for olive oil that much.I like the red wine vinegar and I drop half a cut garlic clove into my dressing.

  • It looked like a lime.

  • this monkeysee vids are a better version of expert village ..those jackasses dont got a fucking clue
