Even after playing through Blue Sphere 5 or 6 times, I never knew Celine had a Levitate skill. Can you get that before Hover? Does it require IC or Rosuto Majikku?

IIRC, you don't need IC, you only need to level the correct skills. I can't remember which ones but just level her Knowledge (book) and Technical (spanner/wrench) skills until she learns it.
