Abe's Oddysee deu inicio a uma das mais importantes séries puzzle e ação existentes no mundo dos videogames, iniciando à exploração de todo um mundo criado pelos insanos membros da Oddworld Inhabitants. O jogo conta a história dos Mudokons, seres humanóides dotados de poderes psíquicos, escravizados pelos malvados Glukkons.
Abe's Oddysee foi um dos primeiros jogos a usarem um sistema de inteligência artificial que interagia com o jogador de acordo com suas ações. O título rendeu pelo menos 4 games, entre eles o ultimo Oddworld Stranger's Wrath, que apesar de não ter recebido muita atenção da mídia mostrou-se um excelente game. Realmente uma pena a produtora ter fechado suas portas.

If it were part of the trilogy. Then it would pass these requirments:
1. Must contain characters from past trilogy games. (Doesn't count for Abe's Oddysee duh.)
2. Must involve Abe and some other hero new hero shutting down industrial buildings.
Each of the trilogy heroes must have their own moon. Alf said that Stranger doesn't have his own because he is not part of the trilogy. (Or did it say that in the FAQs?)

He lived in rupture farms for 15 years. That's right. Abe is 15 years old. The average life span of a mudokon is 40 years old. Can you find out how much 15 years for a mudokon is in human years? I forgot. I think it was 35 years or something like that. I forgot how I found out. & I do believe all industrial buildings have nursuries.
