So it's called the snow train because you see snow during the trip? Not because it is specifically designed to travel through snow?

Its an annual tour train that runs from Emeryville, Ca to Reno, NV. Typically is full of drunken old folks on there way to or from Reno to gamble.
Switching my hand - The cross overs at Colfax, CA are not powered and need to be aligned manually (by hand).
