Basic Tai Chi fixed-step Push Hands Drills (Tui Shou) demonstrated by Colin Hamilton and Ben Morris of Yiheyuan Martial Arts, Leeds. UK. The routine includes the nine palace drill; simple under-arm and over-arm ward off drills; simple yielding and arm-drag drills and Cheng Man Ching's famous Si Zhen Tui Shou, which includes Peng Lu Ji An (ward-off, roll-back, press and push).
