Best gig I have ever been to, the ground was shaking with the bass. Was beside the lead singer of Polyphonic Spree who had done a stonking set earlier and was slightly mashed. The Shepherds Bush gig was great as well a couple of monthly later but they never really let Gorecki go like they did at Glastonbury

It wasn't their last ever though. They did shepherds bush empire after. I only got a balcony ticket for the empire though and was too overexcited for the balcony and couldn't stay sat down and was dancing about at the end of the balcony. In the end some nice bouncer bloke let me downstairs so I could be where I belonged!

Yeah andy announced it would be their last ever UK gig. From then on it was just tears from me. The intimate crowd just went mad.. I've not experienced a gig like it since..
No way....I was stood about 10 yards in front of you that night with my girlfriend.
I dragged along 2 mates who didn't really want to come ,after the first song my mate Vicki turned round to me and said "fuck me she can sing" what a night...

It was actually only a small tent by glasto standards, they weren't playing at any of the main stages that year (think this was the avalon stage) though they filled in for amp fiddler on the jazz world stage the next afternoon playing an acoustic set with borrowed instruments I think....
This was basically one of their last ever gig, Andy in particular was very emotional.
