@venom1561 There are 3 phases to the program. You stay on each phase (starting with number 1) as long as you are seeing results. As soon as you plateau for two weeks you switch to the next phase. There is a muscle building component to the program. There is a chart on the side of each container with .lbs on it. You simply fill the containers a little bit more than your current weight.

So this cycle is for 3 days only then you start the cycle again? And also dose this help me build muscle or gain muscle?

@ryumariscal Sorry about the delay in responding. We pulled our site for a while due to a suppy issue, But we're back. We don't endorse the 3 low carb 1 high. It's not sustainable. With STAX you stay in each phase for as long as you see results, then you move onto the next phase. You do this until your goal is achieved. Then you stop the carb cycling to maintian your weight. Due to the low carb aspect of phase three, it typically only last for 1-2 weeks. Then you rotate back to phase 1

@jgq85 Sorry about the delay in responding. We pulled our site for a while due to a suppy issue, But we're back. With the STAX system the carb cycling is rotating through the 3 phases. You will only derive the benefits of phase 3 if you go through phases 1 and 2 first.

how long are the phases to this system, and is this the same as carb depletion

@Redz10E You stay in each phase as long as you are seeing results. As soon as you plataeu for two weeks you switch to the next phase. So your time on each phase will vary.
