In this video I flash the awesome F1 Galaxy SII custom ROM from the very talented dev Faryaab. I have really enjoyed using this rom. It is very responsive.

You can download the ROM from the XDA thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1129404

You can download a kernel to flash via Odin from here:

  • can u tell me cyanogen mod 7 rom better or this??

    thx =)

  • @ronald2236 They are both good. For me the samsung firmware based roms are easier to use on a daily basis. I get a little more stability, better camera, and much better battery life. But I love how CM7 looks, and I like the features it comes with a lot. My suggestion is you should try both. It is easy to switch.

  • @AndroidGalaxyS thx dude.. if i install CM7 already i should restore it 1st only can install F1 rom?

  • @ronald2236 Yes you should flash the stock base firmware with Odin first.

  • I'm sorry but where did u place the link I don't see it my baf

  • @PANTERALEO56 I have added 2 XDA links in the video description. The first link is to the ROM, and the second link is for a kernel with clockwork mod.

  • Will this work on Samsung Galaxy S Plus i9001? If it doesn't, can someone port it? Please! :)

  • Can I use this rom with a samsung s 4g tmobile gsm?

  • I know this ROM has TW 4 launcher but it is running Android 2.3.4 . the latest samsung ROM XXJVU 2.3.6 stock gives me 2550 in Quadrant and after ext4 conversion and 1.2GHz OC , it gives me 3150 .....So the Samsung ROM is pretty near the S II standard ROM.....

    BTW my friend has a Galaxy R ( a stripped down S2) and it gets 3828 in Quadrant with 2.3.4 stock and non rooted FW

  • Your a cunt i was about to do this and all the links even on your other video have changed files what if my phone got fucked then what asshole? Fix the files and the links!

  • @MisterComment25 not the rom

  • Does it require rooting ? Samsung Galaxy S Plus i9001

  • hmm i only get 1325 with this rom
