@TheTVGuy45 I think it was. It is identical to the text warning the NWS put out, and it is the voice they use on weather radio. That said, after having grown up in Denver, I've never seen broadcasting interupted for an EAS for a winter storm, although the local stations do go 24/7 news for blizzards.

you need to make one for the occupy movment getting way out of hand and a civil emergancy being declared. i want to see how close you get when it happens.
