Lila Rose Life Prizes award winner

Life Prizes is an initiative of the Gerard Health Foundation, a private charity foundation of Marilyn A. and Raymond B. Ruddy. Gerard Health Foundation is dedicated to saving lives through support and financing of initiatives throughout the world, including HIV/AIDS prevention, pregnancy resource centers, international pro-life education, youth outreach and development, judicial reform, abstinence education, and supporting children's hospitals in Africa among other activities. Life Prizes is Gerard Health Foundation's newest initiative and is already being championed by pro-life leaders across the nation.

Lila is inaccurate about PPH's violation of mandated reporting in CA. I am a mandated reporter and the rape of minors is at the discretion of the counseling service for women. If the victim is a minor who requests to have an abortion as a result of consensual or nonconsensual sex, parental consent is not required. This was also voted on recently. Client privilege protects the confidentiality of the victim. The law states that it is the discretion of PPH
