i dont know if it is me but it cant be...im portuguese/angolan and i didnt hear a single word in portuguese in that whole video...

Not really, as everybody think, just portuguese, is really a dialect which some words don't relationated anything with portuguese or cantonese.
I say that just because it's the mother-language of my grandfather, but he doesn't speak anymore in public, due can't nearly find another person which speak that.
If some foreign people tell me, if macanese is portuguese side or chinese side, what i say is just, macanese is just macanese.

Our problems are similar as Basque People: difficult to save the culture, then must learn the "alien-culture" of chinese people. Be born on the place which don't feel is belonged as ourselves, can't feeling in "my home".

@miguelgsantos90 The video isn't spoken in Patuá, we can only hear a short dialogue at 00:19. Pay attention, it sounds just like a creole from Cabo-Verbe.
