That just proves ther eis something for everyone I guess. For me travelling with 2k other people is not a vacation..nor would I ever book a cruise with Carnival or any of its cloned brands. Typical Carnival taking credit for an invention someone else thought of. Magradomes have been around since Micky Arison originally started out w/NCL many yrs ago. If you enjoy carnival then go on them, personally I find them devoid of creativity, unsafe and minimaly mantained.

well, i guess royal caribbean, holland america, princess etc. all must belive the same with vacationing with 2-3K passengers as well...duh!! i have been on 4 (going on my 5th in august) carnival cruises and all were different and all were great!!

Yeah a lot of cruise lines do that, I don't hear any complaints about them.
FYI..the magradome was invented by Home Lines way back in the 1960s as a protective cover for inclimate weather, hardly a Carnival invention. I will say this lido area has a tremendous amount of open space which is nice. But typical Mickey Arison, bigger is better in his eyes. Carnival must believe vacationing with 2k-3k people is a "vacation", for many it isn't. And the decor is still the same stuff we've seen on all the past 20 plus past new ships, nothing new at all.
Another Carnival clone.
