    The original song is incredibly beautiful, and just about untouchably perfect. I think it's telling that the approach for this mix was largely deconstruction of the original, giving many of the little pieces breathing room without adding too much (besides switching a synth here and there) until the last third. And even then the addition feels more like dancy noise than countercomposition. (Much love intended here for both soulwax & arcade fire.)
