Iguana charging at my dog,why is he doing this?!

Why do iguanas do this? Cosmo,my iguana is about 12-14 years old. He has always been well behaved and very friendly with all of the dogs. Over the past year he has started charging after one of my dogs. He only does this to my white fured dog,he leaves the other 3 I have alone. He isn't vicious towards anyone. Once he charges towards my dog,he doesn't do anything,he tries to lick his fur and once i saw him try to mate with him. We always watch my iguana around that dog,in case he charges at him and pick him up. Anyone know what's going on?
